Part 16

In earlier pictures, I presented a family of geese.  It was so touching to see the parents nurture their young and protect them.  It has been weeks since I have seen them.  Perhaps because of the drought, they have moved to deeper waters.  I hope that they are all right.  On July 31, I was at the bird sanctuary.  I saw four adults and three goslings.  I think that they are too small to be the ones I saw before.  These adults do not seem to be as protective as the others, or perhaps, because I was hiding in the brush, they did not see me.  I present some of the photographs that I took.  They are not the best quality because the geese were quite a distance from me.  The picture below was taken with the telephoto lens and presented unedited.  The remaining pictures were cropped from the original photos with editing software.
