Stony Brook Beaver Apartments

Part 2

December 10, 2011, the beaver house is a little larger.  More trees are being cut and a new dam is being built.  Below are pictures taken from the bird sanctuary.

After crossing the brook, I took some pictures of fallen trees and close ups of the beaver house.

As I approached this fallen tree, I took several pictures.  Notice the pile of shavings.
